How to use CBD
CBD comes in many different forms, but the most common is oil. The oil form of CBD is also the most potent and easiest way to intake it. Most CBD oil comes in a bottle with a dropper, this makes it easy to measure and ingest.
If you have low pain, the recommended usage is 5-10 milligram dosage. If you have medium pain, the recommended usage is 10-20 milligram dosage. If you have high pain, the recommended usage is 20-110 milligram dosage. You can always start with a low dosage for 3-7 days and then go back and see if it's helping, then add more to the dosage as needed. It takes about 30-60 minutes for the CBD effects to kick in and for the pain to go away. The effects of the CBD should last about 4-6 hours, depending in the dosage and the person.
