Shipping policy

We ship primarily through USPS, and you will receive an email with your tracking number when it ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, if an issue arises while in transit or delivery please refer to the following information for assistance.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Check your mailbox/parcel locker or wherever else you may receive mail.
  • Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • If you haven't received your package past 48 hours, contact us within 15 days of expected delivery. We'll do everything we can to assist you in locating your package.

If your package is delayed, common possible reasons for late delivery include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Holidays
