There are so many creative way to use Butterfly Pea that will leave your guests in awe of your culinary genius. Use these recipes and become the star of the show in your home, kitchen, poolside, etc!
Below are some recipes that we've had fun playing with in the shop! Individual results may vary, and you'll want to practice prior if you plan to do this for a special occasion or crowd!
To make the Butterfly Pea Tea Base that you'll use for the following recipes, our general suggestion is:
One rounded teaspoon of Butterfly Pea per cup (8oz) of Distilled Water (as first choice - very important). Use Spring Water as second choice. Bring water to a boil, then shut off burner. Let sit (steep) with lid on for 10-20 minutes. Strain tea.
