What is Iridology

Discover What Your Eyes Can Reveal About Your Health

Iridology is the study of the iris — the colored part of the eye — to uncover valuable insights into your overall health.

Think of the iris as a window into your body’s internal state. Like a canary in a coal mine, it can highlight potential health concerns before symptoms become more noticeable, helping you get ahead of underlying issues. Even if you're not experiencing specific symptoms, Iridology can guide you toward improving your general well-being.

With over 25 years of experience, our founder Jim Hangstefer has helped thousands of people gain a deeper understanding of their health through iridology.

🕒 Sessions are 30–45 minutes and cost $75.

How Does Iridology Work?

Iridology is the scientific study of the patterns and structures in the iris of your eye. These patterns can reveal inflammation, health imbalances, and underlying conditions throughout your body.

As your body changes, so do the patterns in your eyes. Iridologists are trained to interpret these changes, using them to map your medical history and pinpoint current health issues — often before symptoms even arise.

The iris can provide insight into everything from chronic conditions to the health of your organs and overall well-being. It is a powerful tool for identifying imbalances in the body and understanding the root causes of health problems.

The practice of iridology dates back over 300 years to 1665 when German physician Philip Meyen von Coburg documented connections between changes in the iris and various health factors. His pioneering research laid the foundation for understanding how the iris could serve as a bellwether for identifying potential health issues long before they became noticeable.

Blood Analysis

What is Blood Analysis and How Can It Improve Your Health?

Blood analysis is a live cellular assessment that gives us a closer look at your blood to identify potential indicators that can help guide you toward better health.

In today’s world, we’re constantly exposed to toxins, poor-quality food, and the stresses of daily life. These factors can negatively impact our health over time, making it difficult for our bodies to function at their best.

Blood analysis offers a clear view of how your genetics, diet, and lifestyle are affecting your health. It can reveal vital information about your immune system, potential nutrient deficiencies, and any harmful toxins or pathogens in your body. Armed with this knowledge, we can provide personalized recommendations to help you improve your overall wellness.

Is it painful? Not at all! We only need a small blood sample, taken with a quick finger prick — you’ll barely feel it.

Each session lasts about one hour and costs $85. Blood analysis sessions are available in-person only.

How Can Blood Analysis Help Improve Your Health?

Blood analysis provides valuable insights into how your genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle are influencing your health. By understanding the effects of these factors on your body, we can help you create a personalized nutritional and lifestyle plan to address any issues revealed and guide you toward living your healthiest, most natural life.

Benefits of Blood Analysis:

Understand how specific foods, drinks, and toxins are affecting your body and blood detect early indicators of potential health problems or diseases, gain knowledge of how to take proactive steps toward better health,

learn more about your body’s needs, including how to improve your nutrition by incorporating more water, whole foods, and other beneficial practices.

What to Expect from Your First Blood Analysis Appointment

In every blood analysis session, our goal is to uncover the story your blood has to tell. We’ll identify key indicators that could point to underlying health conditions or areas where you can improve your nutrition and overall wellness. Then, we’ll work with you to develop a plan for enhancing your health based on the findings.

Included in your first session, you’ll receive:

A live, real-time observation of your blood. A detailed written report of your blood analysis results. A verbal review of the findings to help you understand them and create a plan for improvement, personalized recommendations on foods, exercise, lifestyle changes, natural supplements, and other strategies to optimize your health based on the analysis.

How Does Blood Analysis Work?

Blood analysis, sometimes known as live blood analysis, live cellular analysis, or nutritional blood analysis, allows us to examine your blood at a cellular level to uncover potential health issues related to disease or nutrition.

The concept of blood analysis was first pioneered by German physician Günther Enderlein in 1925. Thanks to advances in magnification technology, we can now achieve incredibly detailed findings from just a tiny blood sample. In fact, a single drop of blood contains 5 million cells, each playing a vital role in your body’s overall health!

During your blood analysis, our expert blood analyst Cheryl Howe will take a small blood sample from your finger using a quick, painless prick. The sample is then placed between two glass slides and examined under a powerful magnifying tool. The magnified image is projected onto a large screen, allowing you to watch the analysis unfold in real-time.

Using this magnification tool, Cheryl can magnify the sample anywhere from 8X to 100X, giving you an up-close view of your blood cells and their current state. This visual examination provides important insights into your overall health.

Please note, this blood analysis is different from traditional blood work performed by your physician and focuses on live cellular observations, rather than just laboratory results.
