How It Works:

Even kills viruses on surfaces...

Unlike other air purifiers, the Boomerang actively purifies the air AND surfaces throughout a room. It can actually kill viruses on surfaces like a door handle. A recent study found our technology killed 99.998% of MERS virus on a surface in just 4 hours. In contrast, a study at the University of Arizona (UA) found that if a single sick employee came to work then 50% of commonly touched surfaces in the office would be infected with a virus by lunchtime (just 4 hours) . Thankfully, the Boomerang can purify the air, and even a surface already contaminated with something like a virus, bacteria, or mold.

Placement and Operation:

1. The Boomerang Air Sanitizer is intended for spaces between 400 and 2400 square feet. For best results the unit should be placed in a central location and four feet or higher from the ground. The unit can be placed on a countertop or wall mounted. Some helpful suggestions have been included below. In areas above 2400 square feet or with a closed floor plan, multiple units may be needed.
2. Mount the unit pointing down to combat odors and contaminants close to the floor, such as a trash can or litter box. Mount the unit pointing up to combat odors and contaminants close to the ceiling, such as cooking vapors and cigarette smoke.

Risk of Fire, Electric Shock or Injury:

1. Do not use outdoors, in moist areas or on wet surfaces.
2. Do not allow any foreign objects to enter the air intake or outlet. Do not place any object over the air intake or outlet.
3. Do not attempt to service or repair the unit yourself.
4. Do not handle the unit or plug with wet hands.
5. Do not pull on the power cord to unplug the unit. To unplug, grasp the power adapter close to the wall, not the cord.
6. Do not use a damaged power cord or plug. If an appliance has not been working properly, has been left outdoors, or dropped, damaged, dipped into water, call HypoAir Customer Service at (949) 791-9404.

Cleaning Your Boomerang & Polar Ionizers

Use a damp cloth or compressed air to remove any dust from the outside of the unit or the polar ionizers. Never use abrasive materials or harsh cleaners. Never spray cleaner or water directly on or inside the unit.
